Whether you are a Republican or Democrat we can all can agree that the last eight years has caused a lot of hardship with our economy and with our foreign relations. Who ever you decide to vote for, make sure that we are able to hold them to a higher standand... Oh yeah, and in life make sure you hold yourself to the same!!! Have a good weekend, I'll shout at you next week

"Any time you sincerely want to make a change, the first thing you must do is to raise your standards. When people ask me what really changed my life eight years ago, I tell them that absolutely the most important thin was changing what I demanded of myself. I wrote down all the things I would no longer accept in my life, all the things I would no longer tolerate, and all the things that I aspired to becoming."
-Anthony Robbins

"Each of us will one day be judged by our standard of life -- not by our standard of living; by our measure of giving -- not by our measure of wealth; by our simple goodness -- not by our seeming greatness."
-William Arthur Ward

"If you don't set a baseline standard for what you'll accept in life, you'll find it's easy to slip into behaviors and attitudes or a quality of life that's far below what you deserve."

"The way you treat yourself sets the standard for others."
-Sonya Friedman
"You can become an even more excellent person by constantly setting higher and higher standards for yourself and then by doing everything possible to live up to those standards."
